Committed leadership in support of sustainability and well-being on an international campus
Design a CSR strategy aligned with the school’s values and local context
Integrate ecological and social issues into student and academic life
Create connections through inclusive and human-centered initiatives
Position the campus as an active player in major environmental and social transitions
✅ Key results
- 📲 Managed the CSR committee’s Instagram account, with organic growth and engaging content
- 🎤 Organized impactful events: conferences, panel discussions, educational field trips
- 🌐 Improved SEO to boost online visibility for sustainability topics
- 🧘♀️ Established regular well-being workshops for students and staff
🧭 Context & Challenges
Singapore, often referred to as a "garden city," faces contradictions between its ecological image and certain consumption patterns. My role was to open a space for dialogue around these challenges—such as planetary boundaries, leadership models in hospitality, and sensitive issues like eating disorders, student well-being, and belonging.
It was essential to tailor our CSR strategy to a multicultural audience while building bridges between social innovation, responsible hospitality, and enriched student experience.

The CSR committee became a pillar for a student community in search of meaning, connection, and balance—within a context that was both stimulating and demanding. It was a living space where ideas turned into tangible actions, where people could speak freely on often-taboo topics—food, mental health, ecology, inclusion. It became a meaningful playground where future business and hospitality professionals gradually realized, initiative after initiative, the power of their impact.
